What is this extra charge on my statement?

When you place an order, we may place a temporary authorization hold (a 'pending charge') on your card for the total amount. This is not an actual charge.

You will only be charged when your order ships. The pending hold will disappear and be replaced by the actual charge. If your order was cancelled, the pending hold will simply drop off your statement in a few business days.
