Can I change my order after it's been placed?

Unfortunately, we cannot modify an order (like adding or removing items) once it has been confirmed.

However, you can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. To do this, go to your 'My Orders' page and click 'Cancel Order'. You can then place a new, correct order.

If the 30-minute window has passed, you will need to wait for the item to arrive and then start a return.
